Dr. Lily Habash-Hilal (PhD served in many advisory positions in the Palestinian Authority during the period 1994-2009 and played an instrumental role in the establishment of several Palestinian Authority institutions including the Technical Support Unit for Economic Negotiations with Israel, the Negotiations Support Unit (NSU-PLO), and the Prime Minister’s Office.  Since 2009, she worked in several senior positions related to governance and policy reform in UNDP-Palestine, and UNDP Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq (2009-2017) as well as Niger 2020. 

Dr Habash has been active in the Palestinian civil society and was instrumental in founding, leading and serving on Boards of Directors of several Palestinian NGOs related to youth, women, development, media, art, and Palestinian Christians in the oPt.  Lily is also a regional and global activist and was twice recognised as a Young Global and Arab Leader for her leadership and vision for development by the World Economic Forum – Davos, (in 1999 and 2003).  Lily was also recognized for her efforts in peacemaking by the “Women for World Peace Circle”. 

Rami J. Saleh, a Human Rights activist from Jerusalem and a Camino de Santiago Pilgrim (June and July 2018), holds a Master Degree in Democracy and Human Rights, and has directed the Jerusalem Branch of JLAC (Jerusalem Legal Aid and Human Rights Center) since 2008.  In addition to JLAC, Mr. Saleh is representing PNGO (Palestinian NGOs Network ) in Jerusalem. PNGO  is the Palestinian NGO umbrella organization comprising 135 Palestinian NGO member organizations.

Mr. Saleh collaborates with different organizations in East Jerusalem and West Bank. He is a member at the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Counseling Center (PCC) as the Treasurer.
